I am so excited to share this super easy recipe with you for the tastiest green smoothie you will ever try! I have a smoothie every single morning for breakfast, and this one is my current favorite.
Here are the ingredients you will need (for one serving):
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Organic Desiccated Coconut Flakes
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- A hand full of Kale
- Another hand full of Spinach
- Hemp Protein (follow the serving guidelines of the brand you use) I love the Nutiva brand which I bought at Whole Foods.
- Almond Milk
Blend it all and that’s it! I would recommend freezing your greens so it last longer. You can also substitute the peanut butter for almond butter.
