Packing for the Maldives

Packing for the Maldives

I’m officially counting down the days until our summer vacation, starting with the Maldives! We had the most unforgettable experience two years, when Ogi and I visited the Maldives for the very first time and knew straight away that we would want to return someday. A destination where both of us can fully relax and enjoy plenty of hours in the ocean. We are going to stay at COMO Maalefushi, the only resort in the Maldives’ Thaa Atoll.

I will be spending most of my time in swimsuits and Ogi’s shirts as a cover up, but I’m also planning to wear some cute summer dresses for dinner time. Shades of blue and yellow are seen the most in my suitcase with linen being the material of choice. I packed a couple of activewear outfits since there is yoga classes every morning, this is a great way for us to stay fit while on vacation. I decided to buy a few accessories to go with my outfits: a straw hat by Lola for some sun protection, fruity earrings by Mercedes Salazar and a zig-zag turban for the not so good hair day. I also invested in a deep conditioner mask by Briogeo, its organic and without any harmful ingredients.

Zig-Zag Turban

This Missoni Turban is a dream and perfect for those bad hair days.

Fruity Earring

The cutest pair by Mercedes Salazar.

Did you notice I didnt pack any shoes? That is because I am planning on walking barefoot for the entire duration of our stay in the Maldives.
